1. Christopher Becker appeals the violation for driving ten miles over the speed limit on a freeway contrary to Wis. Stat. Â§ 346.57(4)(gm). He contends the court erred in entering the judgment of conviction pursuant to his stipulation because after he agreed to the stipulation, he informed the court and counsel for the Village of Westfield that he wanted a trial. We disagree and affirm the judgment of conviction.
